Zonta Club Parma apre le attività del biennio 2022-2024! Un inizio entusiasmante con la visita al “Bosco del Molino”, un progetto di Agugiaro & Figna Molini. 18mila alberi in un terreno di 13 ettari, adiacente al molino di Collecchio un centro di ricerca e incontri didattici per le scuole che attira Università da tutto il mondo. ZC Parma ha donato una targa con il logo del Club realizzata in legno per l'occasione. Salute, benessere e comunità sostenibili: il cammino di ZC Parma in questo biennio è iniziato e toccherà di volta in volta gli obiettivi dell'Agenda per lo Sviluppo Sostenibile, con particolare attenzione ai temi importanti per le giovani generazioni, che saranno gli adulti del 2030 e avranno la responsabilità del futuro del nostro Pianeta. Zonta visits "Bosco del Mulino". Zonta Club Parma opens the activities of the 2022-2024 biennium! An exciting start with a visit to the “Wood of the Mill", a project by Agugiaro & Figna Molini 18 thousand trees in 13 hectares of land adjacent to the mill, a research and educational center that attract Universities from all over the world. ZC Parma donated a wood plaque with the Club logo made for the occasion. Health, well-being and sustainable communities: the path of ZC Parma in this biennium has begun and it will touch each time the goals of 2030 Agenda, with particular attention to the most important topics for young people, who will be the adults of 2030 and will have the responsibility for the future of our planet.  
È stato un privilegio celebrare questo importante compleanno nella sala consiliare del Comune della nostra città. È stato un onore avere al nostro fianco le Istituzioni della città, le Autorità Zontiane, la vicepresidente internazionale Fernanda Gallo Freschi e la Governor del nostro Distretto Christine Dersch, le studentesse del nostro Golden Zeta Club Parma Network, le amiche del nostro Club gemello ZC Asti e tutti gli amici che ci seguono e sostengono! È stato emozionante consegnare il “Length of Membership Award" alle nostre socie che da più tempo (20, 14 e 12 anni) dedicano il loro impegno, il loro tempo e le loro energie alla mission zontiana e ricevere la lettera di auguri della Presidente Internazionale Ute Scholz! Buon compleanno ZC Parma! It was a privilege to celebrate this important birthday in the council chamber of the Municipality of our City. It was an honor to have by our side the City's institutions, the Zontian authorities, the International Vice President Fernanda Gallo Freschi and the Governor of our District Christine Dersch, the girl students of our Golden Zeta Club Parma Network, our twin club ZC Asti and all friends who follow and support us! It was exciting to present the "Length of Membership Award" to our members who have been dedicating their commitment, time and energy to the Zontian mission for several years (20, 14 and 12 years). It was a great pleasure to receive the congratulation letter from the ZI International President Ute Schulz. Congratulations ZC Parma!   
“Brain drain/Fuga dei cervelli Opportunità o necessità?” Incontro entusiasmante, ricco di spunti, riflessioni e possibilità. Grazie all’Onorevole Giulia Pastorella per aver accettato l’invito del nostro Golden Z e aver condiviso la sua storia, passione e visione. Grazie al Sindaco della nostra città, Michele Guerra, per aver portato il suo saluto e il suo contributo. Grazie ad Anna Maria Ferrari, Vice Caporedattrice di Gazzetta di Parma, per avere moderato il dialogo. Strepitose le ragazze del nostro Golden Z Parma Network, che hanno lavorato duramente per organizzare questo bellissimo evento. Such a great encounter, filled with vision and possibilities. We would like to thank Giulia Pastorella, Member of the Italian Parliament, for sharing her expertise, her story and passion. Thanks also to the Mayor of the City of Parma, Michele Guerra, for being with us and for his closing speech. Thanks to Anna Maria Ferrari, Vice Editor-in-Chief of Gazzetta di Parma, for being our conference moderator. Shout out to our Golden Z’s girls that have worked so relentlessly to give life to such a beautiful event.  
In occasione dell'AE Day Zonta International celebra la leggendaria aviatrice americana socia zontiana, prima donna a compiere la trasvolata in solitaria dell’Oceano Atlantico (1932). Nel centenario della costituzione dell’Aeronautica militare (28 marzo 1923), simbolo del volo in Italia, Zonta Club Parma ha celebrato l’AE Day visitando il Comando Rete P.O.L. dell’Aeronautica militare con sede a Parma. Ringraziamo il comandante Tenente Colonnello Vito Casano per averci accolto con grande affabilità e gentilezza e per averci illustrato le attività e l’importanza che il sistema P.O.L. riveste nell’ambito della difesa nazionale. On Amelia Earhart Day, Zonta International commemorates the legendary first woman to make a solo transatlantic fligh. (1932) On the Italian Air Force centenary 2023, Zonta Club of Parma celebrated AE Day by visiting the P.O.L. system headquarter of the Italian Air Force, flight symbol in Italy, based in Parma. We would like to thank the Lieutenant Colonel Vito Casano for welcoming us with great affability and kindness and for having illustrated the activities and the importance that the P.O.L. system plays in the field of National Defence.  
Zonta Club Parma ha celebrato il Rose Day nel corso dell’incontro “Donne di pace in tempo di guerra” insieme a tre donne speciali, giornaliste in prima linea, pronte a capire e affrontare il mondo e il tempo in cui viviamo Francesca Paci, giornalista de "La Stampa" e scrittrice, corrispondente da Gerusalemme, Londra, Iran e Ucraina, vincitrice di numerosi premi; Rossella Canadè, giornalista della Gazzetta di Mantova, corrispondente da Somalia, Ruanda, Brasile, Iraq, Serbia e ora impegnata sul tema dell’ infiltrazione mafiosa nelle regioni del Nord; Anna Maria Ferrari, vice caporedattrice della Gazzetta di Parma, che ha condotto l’incontro a tre voci in un percorso di testimonianza intensa e fortemente attuale. L’incontro si è tenuto nella cornice suggestiva dell'APE Parma Museo. Rose Day, "Women of peace in times of war". ZC Parma celebrated Rose Day 2023 together with three journalists who daily report on global challenges and crises from the front line. Francesca Paci, author of many books and correspondent at the Italian newspaper "La Stampa" from Jerusalem, London, Iran and now Ukraine; Rossella Canadè, correspondent at Gazzetta di Mantova, expert of Somalia, Ruanda, Brazil, Iraq, Serbia and actually involved in reporting on mafias’ organized crime; Anna Maria Ferrari, deputy editor-in-chief at Gazzetta di Parma, who moderated the event, creating a captivating atmosphere while keeping the audience engaged and entertained. We celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. Zonta Rose Day is a time to reflect on past achievements and honour the current efforts of individuals working towards gender equality.  &bnsp
Zonta International immagina un mondo in cui i diritti delle donne siano riconosciuti come diritti umani e ogni donna sia in grado di realizzare il suo pieno potenziale. Nel corso dell’incontro è stato presentato il piano strategico 2026-2030 Zonta International envisions a world in which women's rights are recognized as human rights and every woman is able to achieve her full potential. In such a world, women have access to all resources and are represented in decision making positions on an equal basis with men. In such a world, no woman lives in fear of violence.
 
Zonta Club Parma apre le attività dell'anno sociale 2023-2024 facendo visita alle amiche del Club di Asti! Il gemellaggio dei due Zonta Club è nato nel 2003: è stata una grande gioia festeggiare insieme questi 20 anni di amicizia! E' stato un onore poter celebrare questo momento alla presenza della Vicepresidente di Zonta International Fernanda Gallo Freschi, del Direttore Internationale Reneé Coppock, della Governor del Distretto 30 Ivana Sarotto Benotto. Era con noi anche il Golden Zeta Club Parma Network rappresentato dalla sua Presidente Matilde Perego Zonta Club of Parma opens the activities of the zontian year 2023-2024 by visiting the friends of the twin Zonta Club of Asti! The two Zonta Clubs are twins since 2003: it was a great joy to celebrate such a long and precious friendship together! It was an honor to celebrate this 20-year twinning in the presence of the International Vice President of Zonta International Fernanda Gallo Freschi, the International Director Reneé Coppock, the Governor of District 30 Ivana Sarotto Benotto. The Golden Zeta Club Parma Network was also with us, represented by its President Matilde Perego.
 
Zonta International investe nella prevenzione della violenza contro donne e ragazze sostenendo il talento e l’eccellenza. Zonta Parma ha invitato sei straordinarie giovani donne avviate su un percorso di eccellenza nel proprio settore a raccontare la propria storia, di formazione e professionale, l'incontro con i mentori e i compagni di strada, la ricerca e l'innovazione, la flessibilità che aiuta a conciliare vita personale, famiglia e lavoro. L'evento, patrocinato dal Comune di Parma, è stato moderato dalla giornalista della Gazzetta di Parma Chiara Cacciani. Al termine dell'incontro, la Presidente di Zonta Parma, alla presenza dell'Assessora Daria Jacopozzi, ha consegnato a ciascuna ospite il diploma "Inspiring Women Award". Zonta invest in preventing violence against women and girls supporting talent and excellence. Six extraordinary young women that achieved goals of excellence told us their educational and professional journey! We are truly honoured and excited to host these young women, rich of enthusiasm and passion, projects and dreams for the future of our communities. The meeting, sponsored by municipality of Parma, has been moderated by the journalist of the local Gazette Chiara Cacciani. At the end of the meeting the President of Zonta Parma, presenting the assessor Daria Jacopozzi, awarded every guest with the "Inspiring Women Award" diploma.
 
Zonta Club Parma celebra Amelia Earhart onorando la comandante pilota Luciana Ferretti. Luciana ci ha raccontato la sua esperienza di "donna dell'aria": coraggio, talento e tanta passione! Anche oggi abbiamo incontrato una donna che ci ispira! Zonta Club Parma celebrates Amelia Earhart Day honoring the pilot in command Luciana Ferretti. She told us her experience as "Woman in the air": talent, courage and a lot of passion! Even today we met a Woman who inspires us!
